Our Challenge: An old and inefficient heating system that has outlived its usefulness, is very expensive to maintain, and generates greenhouse gasses equivalent to 144,000 pounds of carbon dioxide each year!

Our Opportunity: Technological advances make it possible for us to transition to a fossil fuel-free alternative: an air-source heat pump system that would lower our operating costs and bring our yearly carbon emissions to almost 0.
